The Mariner 2:: A space probe that, on this day in 1962 was the first probe to be able to measure solar wind. Anyone in Astronomy who was awake during the last few lectures will be able to tell me why solar wind is important.
Sea Lampreys:: Nasty ass little buggers. I know how they are controlled in the Great Lakes. Oh yes. I know a guy who used to work with sea lamprey control (and no Sam, you're not allowed to sleep with him).
Politics in India:: A delightful overview of the political situations in a country other than your own. C'mon, it's not going to kill you to learn a little.
Billie Burke:: This woman is my idol. Take a peek and you'll know why.
But don't stop there. This Agnostica season, learn about science. Learn about mathematics and history and physics and quadratic equations and animal husbandry. It's Agnostica, the season of learning and partying.
