late nights, bright lights

Sarah and her roommate Marissa were talking about bacon, and how Sarah had made some and the apartment smelled like it. Sarah was cutting my hair at the time, and I was only half paying attention.

Me: Weird... I don't smell any bacon at all.
Sarah: [referring to bits of my hair] Gah! Ugh! It's on my face! It's on me!
Me: ... What, the bacon?

She was behind me, and like I said, I wasn't fully paying attention. Meh, it's funnier that way. And besides, my hair is supercute now. No more almost mullet for me!
