There's a cat outside my window and it's really windy and I can hear him meowing but I can't let him in. My mom said no. He's all scruffy and bedraggled looking and alone.

I feel horrible.

poor cat. I remember the same thing happened at my house a while ago, but the cat was ok. My sister really got into it and she left food outside everyday for that cat. Yea, but my mom didnt want the cat inside our house.

Dont worry i am sure the cat can take care of its self. It reminds me of your cat story though.
