So I'm clicking away on my computer, trying to hammer out as much of this big bang draft as I can before I send it to my artist tonight and I have my 'general writing' playlist on in the background. That's lovely all day.
Oh gods, writing my first ever sex scene and the Lord of the Rings soundtrack comes on in the background. That's way too dramatic and intense! It's too much pressure to perform! So I click the next button because it's breaking me.
...
Oh hi there, Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack, you're actually worse than LotR.
So. If my first sex scene reads like a battle between life and death, don't blame me. Also, if it sounds like I giggled the entire way through it, it's not because I'm immature and can't type the word 'cock'.
