I'm going to save Defendor until I can actually focus on it. So I'm watching Cats. Because that's somehow similar. Whatever.

Um.

So.

Why do they all hate Grizzabella? I get that they do but... why? Am I missing something? I feel like it would make more sense if I knew why. Anyone? Thoughts? Theories? Some important plot point I have been missing for all these years because I have the attention span of a fork?

EDIT: This guy says it's because she used to be a hooker-cat. idk if I like that answer...

I figured it was cos she was this old washed-up has-been of sorts and they were all scared that that's what they'd be like when they got old - always looking back to the past and being sad about it. Unlike Old Deuteronomy who pwned old age. OR SOMETHING. lol cats, not too bright. XD

It's because she is my grandmother.

She was vain and didn't care about anyone but herself when she was young and beautiful, so people loved her until she stopped being beautiful and no one cared about her because she didn't make any connections that were more than skin deep. The difference is that Grizzabella is just pathetic, whereas my grandmother is evol and deserving of t3h scorn.

Or this is how I came to understand it as a child...*shifty eyes*
