You what alternately confuses the hell out of me, and pisses me off?

Ooh, I re-paper-cutted my finger, in the already-there-papercut. I swore a metaphorical blue streak.
Can anyone tell me-- did minimum wage go up on February 1st? Or did that fall through? 'Cause if it did, I want my goddamned 20 cents an hour! And if it didn't, I want my goddamned 20 cents an hour!
...There's no button on the keyboard for 'cents' and I'm too lazy to go look up the ALT code...
