An Quick Update... I'm hungry
Dec. 22nd, 2004 04:15 pmSo, Saturday was my birthday.
And I got my G1 yesterday. That was all well and good, I suppose.
My mother was going to let me drive to my Grandma's house last night, and I was doing really well, up until I tried to turn onto Denison. Then I managed to skip the curb and hit a fence.
To the tune of a five hundred dollar mechanic's bill for two new tires, and a new mirror on the right side and a bit more to reattach the tie rod. Thank GodI didn't break that.
I'm glad I was driving the Cavalier and not the Kia. 'Cause the Cav. was just wide enough to pass between the fence and the adjacent hydro pole. The van would have gotten totalled.
Here I am, about twenty four hours later, at Grandma's again, for Michelle's birthday dinner. We're going to have a fondue. Eventually. And cake. I love cake.
Did I mention that my mother had a 'suprise' party for me on Thursday? Oh yes, I was suprised.
But it was really nice. Lia and Lisa and Jess and Patricia and Laurel came over. And ten trillion other people. And I got presents and food. And cake, but the dog got into the cake. Silly dog.
Then, for some unknown reason, I wen to school on Friday. There were 4 people in Drama class, 3 in English, 4 in Math, and 5 in Sociology. Including me.
It was good though, because I whooped everyone at Euchure and Wizzards. I am good at cards.
There are pictures to go with this entry, but they are on the other computer.
-'Night!
