Um, Raj can't talk through the entire thing because Pam's a chick, so behind Pam's ample back, Spot cheats like a mad cheating thing (because Brooklyn can never lose). Jayne has to all but fight Pam for the cake when the time comes for judging and he probably insults her nine ways from Sunday, but in the end he declares himself the winner and takes Raj's wallet.
