I always wonder how much they call references anyway. I always feel that they barely look at my resume before my interview, much less call any of the numbers listed. And my brother had no references either... he's younger, but old enough that he should've had a job and stuff, but the place he worked at closed. He's employed now though... INSPIRATIONAL!
