new goal!

Went hiking today up to Duscheny Falls which is kinda near my house in a general sense. The first half of the trail is pretty much, um, vertical, so that wasn't pleasant. Yeah, I'm not in shape. Plus I have the lung death, which did not lessen the difficulty.

So new resolution: walk more, get healthier. Basic stuff, right? Starting small.
